What a year! All the ups and downs of COVID have us ready to celebrate with a festive drink, what about you? Look no further, we've rounded up some delicious cocktails –– from female mixologists of course –– that will help you "sleigh" the holiday season.
Be the Queen of Christmas with this Beyoncé-inspired cocktail from Paige McGroarty, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The Langham, Boston, and architect of the whimsical cocktail menu at the hotel's popular bar, The Fed.
All The Jingle Ladies
1 oz Half and Half
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Cognac
.25 oz cinnamon demerara
.25 oz vanilla syrup
2 dashes of black walnut bitters
1 whole egg
Directions: Combine all the ingredients, including the whole egg. Shake, without ice, for about a minute, then shake again with ice, then strain. Serve in a coupe glass, top with the bitters, and use cinnamon dust as a garnish.
From London's Churchill Bar & Terrace, Assistant Bar Manager, Olga Saveljeva gets her inspiration from Rudolf and her upbringing in Latvia, where a hot toddy is always appreciated. Having worked in some of London's finest hotel bars, she's recently joined the team at the Hyatt Regency London–The Churchill, in fashionable Marylebone.
30 ml spiced rum
30 ml Malbec wine
25 ml cherry Liquor
35 ml Rooibos Tea
5 ml ginger cordial
Directions: Mix all the ingredients together in a small pot and slowly bring to a boil. Serve warm.

10ml Pinot Noir red wine 10ml cranberry liqueur 10ml winter spiced syrup 20ml lemon juice Mix and top up with Prosecco or non-alcoholic bubbles
Beetroot to Yourself (non-alcoholic)
70ml Beetroot, Ginger & Orange Tea 25ml blueberry syrup 150ml light tonic Shake with ice and garnish with blueberries and dehydrated orange slice.
All About the Zest 45 ml St Giles Gin 15 ml homemade pomellocello (can sub limoncello) 7.5 ml Liquore Strega 22.5 ml pomelo juice 22.5 ml lemon juice 7.5 ml lemongrass and kaffir lime syrup 1 dash orange bitters
Shake with ice, serve with ice, and a slice of lemon peel.
